Pre-Purchase Inspections
The pre-purchase home inspection has become a standard part of any real estate transaction.
William Stone Home Inspection Services inspects homes in accordance with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standards and Practices, identifying major defects as well as safety concerns.
Inspections on average size home take approximately 3 hours, and you’re encouraged to accompany me on the inspection as the general home inspection is much like a tutorial on home maintenance.

I use a variety of industry specific tools, including moisture and gas detecting meters. I enter crawl spaces, attics, and, where possible, conduct roof inspections from the roof surface.
After the inspection, I return to the office to assemble your digital report which is delivered within 24 hours via email. The report is easy to read yet detailed.
