Unfortunately, potential environmental concerns can be associated with any home.  It is necessary to be properly informed to make the best decisions.

Potential hazards include, but are not limited to, lead if your home was built prior to 1978, radon gas, asbestos and mold.  I am a licensed Radon tester by the State of Ohio (RT1320) and I am able to assist in locating any specialized testing that I do not conduct myself.
