Choosing the right inspector is as important as choosing the right home.  As a home inspector, I believe that being able to communicate findings clearly is as important as being able to identify defects.  No two houses are the same and no two clients are the same, so each inspection is tailored to your level of knowledge with regards to houses and what skills you may have.  As all inspectors do, I strive to provide you with the most comprehensive information about the condition of your home.  What I do differently is how I present that information and aid you by informing you of what your next steps might be.  Many times it is important to know what options are available when a defect is identified and how to get the next piece of information to aid you in making the best decisions possible.

My inspection reports are detailed yet easy to follow.  It is important for both you and your realtor to be able to easily communicate the findings to the sellers should it be necessary.  Extensive use of captioned photos aids in the transfer of information.  Contractors must also be able to easily locate identified items for repair estimates etc.  I typically complete inspections and deliver them via email within 24 hours of the inspection.
