About Bill Stone

I have been inspecting homes since 2005.  I am an American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) certified inspector.  I am a past chapter president and education director for The North Central Ohio Chapter of ASHI as am currently working with a Joint Chapter Leadership Committee that has been working with the Ohio Legislature to create the home inspector licensing program in the State of Ohio.

I love what I do and enjoy working with customers from diverse backgrounds.

I worked in commercial telecommunications construction for 10 years.  While undertaking the historic restoration of my own Lakewood, OH shingle-style home, I started my own contracting company focusing on historic restorations and soon had started after started my inspection company.   I am currently restoring my 1920’s Tudor cottage style home in Chagrin Falls, OH.

I continue to educate myself, gathering approx. 50+ continuing education credits each year.
